John has over 50 years experience in construction of heavy civil engineering projects worldwide and has held a variety of roles including project manager, construction manager, resident engineer, chief engineer, project controls manager, scheduling specialist, claims specialist and cost control specialist.
He also has extensive experience in using project scheduling and forensic time impact analyses to support claims for extensions of time, and possesses an intimate knowledge of the Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling softwares.
The projects John has been involved in over his career include the Panama Canal Third Set of Locks Project, Nkula Falls Hydroelectric Project in Malawi, Lesotho Highlands Water Project, Lesotho, Kali Gandaki Hydroelectric Project, Nepal, Weehawken Tunnel/Bergenline Avenue Station project for the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Transit System, New Jersey, USA, Al-Weddah Dam Project, Jordan, Karahnjukar Hydroelectric Project, Iceland, Nadarivatu Hydroelectric Project, Fiji, Ingula Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Project, South Africa.
