Donal Larkin is a founding partner of LDR Consultants, and is a chartered engineer with over 50 years of experience of construction and dispute resolution.
He is also a qualified arbitrator, conciliator, and mediator, and has acted in the resolution of numerous disputes in these capacities.
Donal worked as a contracts and disputes advisor for several years for a multinational contracting company before leaving to become an independent consultant. Since then he has advised on construction projects in numerous countries around the world, acting on both the Contractor and Employer sides. Donal has advised on the resolution of in excess of €2 Billion of disputes over the course of his career, and is an expert on the FIDIC, ICC and NEC forms of Construction Contract.
